Photo Credit: Sawf NewsMarch 7, 2008 (Sawf News) - Kajol and Ajay Devgan attended a press event to promote their forthcoming film U Me Aur Hum and launch of Zee TV's news family show - Zee Rock n Roll - on Thursday evening, March 6 at JW Marriott in Mumbai.
Ajay, Kajol and mother-in-law Tanuja will be judges for the new dance-based reality show.
Both Kajol and Ajay were dressed casually. They make a fine couple and we love them but their sense of styling is pedestrian, especially that of Devgan. Coming to think of it we would love to hear what Devgan thinks about fashion and style. We suspect his answer will have us in splits.
Oh…well you can't have it all. They may not be style icons but they sure are a talent powerhouse and hopefully the designer associated with U Me Aur Hum has covered up for their styling inadequacies.
At the event Kajol wore a white empire waist, short kimono sleeve tunic and chocolate pants with platform heels.
She left her asymmetrically cut hair open with a center parting.
A four row pearl choker complemented her glowing complexion and she frequently lit up the ensemble with her high wattage smile.
Ajay wore a stylish white collar shirt and blue jeans, with a red leather cowboy style belt and tan leather shoes.
He left the top buttons of his shirt open to show a lot of skin, a popular style amongst Bollywood hunks these days, though we cannot get over the 'Mumbai streets' origin of the style.
Zee Rock n Roll show is a family dance competition in which three generation of family will be able to participate. The show will stress family bonding across the generations and explains why Kajol's mother Tanuja tagged along with her and Devgan!
U Me Aur Hum will release in theaters on April 11.
