Manjari Fadnis. Photo Credit: Naarad PRShe has done lead roles earlier, in her first two films, Rok Sako To Rok Lo and Mumbai Salsa, but the films didn't succeed to the same extent as Jaane Tu….
She has already wrapped up her next project I am 24, which will hit the silver screens soon. The comedy film directed by Saurabh Shukla additionally features Rajat Kapoor, Neha Dhupia and Ranvir Shorey.

"I would like to play Jhansi Ki Rani. She is my ideal woman," says the actor who incidentally is from the lineage of the rani herself.
"I have grown up with the stories of Rani Laxmibai and it is awe-inspiring," says the chirpy actor.
Manjari Fadnis. Photo Credit: Naarad PR Manjari has also completed work on her debut Telugu film Siddhu opposite Allari Naresh, a romantic comedy from Srikakolam. Her Tamil debut film Muthirai (stamp) will go on floors shortly.
Manjari is a professional dancer and is currently attached with Shiamak Davar's group. She says she is dying to do a film that involves a lot of dancing. Neither Mumbai Salsa or Jaane Tu gave her a chance to show her dancing skills to the fullest.
