During a recent interview with Filmfare, he sang the title song from his debut film, Jaane Tu Yaa Jaane Naa!
Let us just say, with his looks who cares about his singing.
Dressed in jeans and a purple fitted Tee, Imran showed off his new look.
He has been pumping iron for his new film I Hate Love Stories (IHLS) which requires him to be bulked up. He is all of 11 kgs heavier, at 70 kgs, in the film as compared to his debut film.
He plays an assistant director in IHLS and his styling for the role is deglam. He will not be seen in expensive suits and dress shoes, attire that he admits to being most comfortable in.
Debutant helmer Punit Malhotra says he has been an assistant director himself so he knows exactly how Imran should look.
He will repeat five pairs of jeans and two pairs of rugged looking shoes through out the film.
"It took a long time for Manish (Malhotra) to understand that I am playing an assistant director and not one of the pretty glam actors he normally dresses up. But eventually Manish did a fab job with my styling," Imran told TOI.
On another note, Imran will be getting engaged to his long time girlfriend Avantika Malik on January 16 in Mumbai.
"Imran had always January in mind when he had announced his formal engagement. The date is 16th January. Also, there were never any plans of doing the ceremony in Delhi as Imran and Avantika both have their families and friends here in Mumbai," said Imran's spokesperson.
There are rumors that the couple will be annoucing their wedding date on the occasion.
