OPEC Ministers leave crude output unchanged

With prices around 60 dollars a barrel, the Ministers of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) at their meeting in Vienna on Thursday decided to maintain crude production at existing levels.

Saudi Oil Minister Ali Naimi has said that the world oil market is now better balanced and that if prices are maintained at approximately the current levels, OPEC will not make any adjustments to production levels at their forthcoming meeting in March.
