The 47-year-old stars in the new action comedy Knight & Day with actress Cameron Diaz, 37, and the script from the movie was found in a bin and was leaked to a local newspaper.
Details of the movie tell how Cruise comes back from the dead in the flick and Diaz does a parachute jump in a bikini.
The movie's director, James Mangold, is said to be 'furious' at the leak of the script.
Cruise had recently said to locals after he filmed in Salzburg: "None of us will ever forget the time we spent with you."
