Lindsay replaced Britney Spears as the host after the tail spinning pop star was placed under a conservatorship.

However, last night it was also used to promote a line of handbags launched by Paris Hilton.
On arrival, Lindsay was upset to see the backdrop to the red carpet splashed with Paris Hilton's name and reportedly refused to walk down it. Eventually, the organizers caved in to the 'Mean Girl' stars hissy and removed the backdrop.

The 21-year-old wore a short black Cami dress, with a wide stitched on bow on the bodice, and black wide ankle wrap sandals with tall heels. She was seen wearing the same shoes earlier in the month shopping at xiv Karats jewelry store in Beverly Hills.

Her razored waist length dark brown tresses with a middle parting, cascaded down and over the shoulder.
Lindsay changes her hair color often but surprisingly her hairstylist manages to keep the hair looking healthy and glossy.

The others present at the party included Paris Hilton with Benji Madden, Nicole Richie with Joel Madden, Khloe Kardashian, Britney's cousin Alli Sims, Lucy Walsh, Katia Berglind and Anna Anisimova.
