May 20, 2009, (Sawf News) - Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, amidst the most powerful and beautiful couples in the world, walked the red carpet at the premiere of Inglourious Basterds at the 62nd Cannes Film festival on Wednesday, May 20.
The couple dazzled as they walked arm in arm looking supremely content and happy.
Jolie has put on weight and added edge to her sense of style since she last walked the red carpet with Brad at the Oscars.

She wore a tea rose Versace Atelier draped gown. The chiffon backless gown had a plunging neckline and a high riding slit revealing her right leg all the way. She accessorized with matching peep toe heels and diamond earrings.
She debuted her light brown color hair that was left open, draping her left shoulder, styled in loose waves. She rounded her looks with scarlet lip color that brought a dramatic effect to the nude ensemble and light brown hair.
Pitt was dressed with old school charm - black suit, white shirt and black bow-tie.

The couple arrived separately on the French Riviera with Jolie arriving after Pitt on Tuesday evening, after attending the trial of Congolese warlord Thomas Lubanga in The Hague, who is charged with using child soldiers.
Earlier on Wednesday, Brad charmed in an interview with Today’s Ann Curry during which he expressed his contentment at the way life is going for him saying, “I am in the zone.”
“Would you describe it as one of the happiest times of your life?” Curry asked.
“One of the most on track,” responded Brad.
