They will be amidst the 150 guests at a lavish black tie banquet on November 13, a day before Prince Charles' birthday, which is expected to be attended by top ranking dignitaries including Prime Minister Gordon Brown.
This is the first time Kate, 26, and Chelsy, 22, are being invited to a formal reception at Buckingham Palace.
