August 28, 2008 (Sawf News) - Jennifer Aniston, who rose to fame as Rachel Karen Green on NBC's TV series Friends, which spanned 238 episodes from 1994-2004, is reported to be in talks with NBC for a guest spot on one of their "high-profile shows."
"She's in talks to have a guest spot on one of their high-profile shows," an insider told OK! magazine. "The top choice is ‘30 Rock’, but if that doesn't work out, they'll try to find another show for her to make an appearance on."
Aniston, 39, met Woody Allen and his wife, Soon-Yi Allen, over a private dinner at Madeo in LA Tuesday night, August 26, where the famed director is reported to have shown her a few pages from the script of his upcoming film, presumably to convince her to sign up for it.
Aniston's upcoming films include Management with Steve Zahn, Marley & Me with Owen Wilson, He's Just Not That Into You with an ensemble cast, and Traveling with Aaron Eckhart.
She is rumored to have signed up for the comic caper Gambit, which additionally features Ben Kingsley, Colin Firth and Lisa Bonet. Filming of Gambit is scheduled to start in March 2009.
Aniston's work as a producer is also likely keeping her busy, with as many as seven film in early stages of production.
Well, since she does not have to chase John Mayer on tour across countries anymore, we guess she has the time to take on so much.
