Ironically, a day after her appeal that a case against her for driving without a valid California license be dropped, was denied by an appeals court, Britney was involved in another fender bender, her second in as many years. The first one, last summer, led to the driving without a license case.
Fortunately, the 26-year-old pop star wasn't at the wheels at it was her bodyguard who drove her car into a paparazzo's car as they arrived to shop.
Britney's attorney J. Michael Flanagan told MTV News on Wednesday, October 8 that he had turned down plea deal in the case, which required her to pay $150 as fine and be placed under probation for a year.
Flanagan feels that Britney should not be charged for anything more than a traffic infraction with a $10 fine.
