The 26-year-old Devil Wears Prada star is set to exchange vows with boyfriend and star of the US version of The Office, John Krasinski.
Reps for the pair, who began dating in November 2008, revealed: "We can confirm that John and Emily are engaged."
However, no other details - including when or where the proposal took place - have been released.
