October 20, 2009, (Sawf News) - After damaging Carrie Prejean's image by revealing private information that they paid for her breast implants, USA pageant officials are now seeking refund of the money.
Legal documents filed in court by K2 production and obtained by RadarOnline.com allege that Prejan reneged on an oral agreement to refund the money the company spent on getting her a boob job. The documents also allege that Prejean tried to get the pageant director fired.
According to K2 they "agreed to loan Ms. Prejean money to pay for breast augmentation surgery so that she (in her opinion) would be more competitive at the Miss USA 2009 pageant" and "the idea for Ms. Prejean to have the breast augmentation surgery came from Ms. Prejean herself, not from K2 Productions or the Miss Universe Organization."
Pageant director Keith Lewis told RadarOnline that the surgery cost $5,200.
We wonder how much their lawyers on the case are costing K2? Clearly, this is not about loss of money.
The allegation that Prejean tried to get the pageant director fired is inferenced from an email that she wrote to Miss Universe Organization President Paula Shugart in support of two of the show's producers taking over the organization. Prejean did not directly ask for the director to be fired.
