Terming Michael's conduct as "way below low," Jenni tells TMZ that she plans to send Michael a cease and desist missive, and later initiate legal action if required.
According to Jenni, Michael recorded several such conversations over a year ago out of greed, violating her and Lindsay's privacy.
In one audio recording posted on RadarOnline.com, Jenni is heard telling Michael that Lindsay may take her life.
"I am trying to save your daughter's life every day," says Jenni.
She tells Michael that she was not to blame for not being able to setup a meeting between Lindsay and him or Dina.
"Lindsay doesn't want me to talk to you."
Emphasizing the high stress levels, which may prompt Lindsay to harm herself, Jenni says, "And you know I am ready to leave because I don't want it on my watch either."
"She is another mess. She is no better than she was two years ago and she knows that Michael," Jenni adds.
Jenni says the tape was heavily edited and her conversation was put out of context.
