November 09, 2009, (Sawf News) - In her just released autobiography, Still Standing, Carrie Prejean says Miss California pageant director Keith Lewis recommended a boob job to her.
According to RadarOnline.com Prejean recalls how Lewis ran his hands all over her body, while she stood in a bikini in Shanna Moakler's living room shortly after winning the Miss California pageant, and examined her breasts.
"Have you ever thought of getting a boob job," Lewis asked her.
Prejean says she had contemplated breast augmentation but had reservations. However, Lewis egged her on claiming the pageant had paid for past Miss California boob jobs.
"'I really think you need it'...He told me the pageant would pay for it and made it clear it had to happen soon," writes Prejean.
Carrie also refers to Lewis' appearance on CBS Early Show, shortly after the controversy surrounding her gay marriage remarks erupted, in which he claimed the Miss California organization did not endorse breast implants, despite having paid for it in Prejean's case.
Explaining what happened in Prejean's case, Lewis said:
"We put to her a litany of questions about how she feels about herself, what she feels she needs to work on, what she may need to change, what is good, what is not good."
"Actually, the only thing Keith Lewis put to me were his two big hands and an insistent request, bordering on a demand, that I get breast implants," Prejean writes.
