According to TMZ, Mike struck the paparazzo in the face and felled him after he reportedly got too near Mike. After getting back on his feet, the paparazzo was seen walking away with blood splattered all over the floor. He was later transported to a local hospital in an ambulance.
Meanwhile, police took away Tyson in a squad car.
Considering the lethality of his punches, Tyson, 43, may well be charged with assault with a deadly weapon!
