Off-again, Ronson is slammed as a hypocrite by the beleaguered Lohan who is dealing with a family crisis and her own DUI-related fallout.
She slams Ronson as a hypocrite for keeping company with Twilight star Kellan Lutz when she apparently had said she wanted to stay out of the spotlight.
Ronson, Lutz, and Lohan were all spotted at Teddy's Lounge but Lohan remained separate from the clutch and was reportedly fuming.
"When does 'going for a drive' turn into walking into Teddys with Carlos and a girl? Too bad I can catch someone in a lie when I heart Voyeur. 'S' is with Kellan, hahahaha. So much for 's' not being 'public' guess fame is better with premiere kids," she tweeted.
