November 18, 2009, (Sawf News) - LA Police have asked a Nevada judge to keep records related to a search warrant issued during the course of Michael Jackson death investigation sealed till January 18, 2020.
The Police made the request over telephone during a hearing on Wednesday, November 18, on documents filed by several news organization asking for the records to be unsealed.
The police had initially wanted records related to the August 11 search of Applied Pharmacy to remain sealed till the completion of the investigation.
Clark County District Court Judge Valerie Adair said she will rule in the case on Thursday, after meeting with a Los Angeles County deputy district attorney.
Dr. Conrad Murray procured the general anesthetic Propofol that he routinely administered to Michael Jackson from Applied Pharmacy.
Propofol, in combination with other drugs, is believed to have caused Michael Jackson's death on June 25.
Police are trying to identify other pharmacies that may have supplied Propofol to Dr. Murray who is the focus of a homicide investigation.
