The scantily-clad singer perched on the back of the leather seat, which tipped over and left her scrambling around on the floor.
Peeking around the side of the chair, she laughed raucously and looked embarrassed before continuing her routine.
The 28-year-old reality TV star, who was born in Singapore, spent hours sitting in front of a webcam addressing her internet viewers.
As well as dancing and singing in her lingerie, she claimed she was an 'angel' who was 'here to save the world with my army'.
The model even wielded what appeared to be a gun in front of the camera and larked around with a purple vibrator.
She spoke about her domestic violence lawsuit against US football player Shawne Merriman.
Tila's lawyer Cyrus Nownejad blamed her strange behavior on 25-year-old San Diego Chargers star Merriman.
Nownejad said he believed the 'domestic violence' incident with the linebacker may have 'pushed her over the edge' and said he was trying to get her some help.
Tila has filed a $1.5million lawsuit against Merriman, claiming the NFL star grabbed her, shook her, knocked her down and choked her during a row in September this year.
