Joe Jonas has remained on Swift's mind since he dumped her over the phone in early October 2008. Besides referring to him in her song Forever and Always, from her sophomore album Fearless, she frequently refers to him in her performances including her recent SNL appearance.
Ironically, Joe was rumored to have dumped Swift on the advise of JB managers who feel public romances could hurt the band's image.
