The National Enquirer reported the two stayed at the same hotel during the Australian Open; Uchitel was spotted getting off the elevator on the floor where Woods had a private suite.
Uchitel, 34, says her presence in the country during the tournament was coincidental.
According to Radar Online, Tiger's staff booked and paid for Uchitel's travel and stay downunder, making Uchitel assertion difficult to believe.
