With the ink barely dry on her divorce papers, Winehouse was back romancing Blake Fielder-Civil via social networking sites.
Fielder-Civil has been attending a drug rehabilitation clinic in Sheffield, The pair recently spent 36 hours holed up in a love nest nearby.
Winehouse, according to a source, is planning to "remarry" Fielder-Civil in a commitment ceremony over the holiday period - much to her father Mitch's distress. "They keep saying how much in love they are and need to be together. So they have decided to have an unofficial ceremony to silence the doubters and those who are trying to stop them being together."
Winehouse has just been charged with assaulting a stage manager after creating a ruckus at a Christmas panto in London. She turned herself in to Thames Valley police with her lawyer, only to be released on bail with a court hearing pending. Her name appeared on the charge sheet as Amy Civil.
Mitch Winehouse is said to be furious and blaming Fielder-Civil. A source said: "I've never seen Mitch this angry - he is seething. He can't believe Amy would act so stupidly. Her dad thinks her current behavior is due to spending time with Blake again. After just one day in Blake's presence, Amy reverted to her wild ways. Amy had really changed over the last few months and was getting her life back on track."
