January 01, 2010, (Sawf News) - Grim details have emerged of a past attack by Charlie Sheen on his wife Brooke Mueller, which she had referred to in her Christmas morning testimony to Aspen cops responding to her 911 call.
Mueller had not reported the earlier attack to the police but told her friends about it, a source tells RadarOnline. com.
The incident happened months ago when Charlie suddenly exploded in the midst of a heated argument and shoved Mueller, causing her to fall down and hit her head on the floor.
"She banged her head on the floor and even ended up going to see a doctor because of it. She didn't tell the doctor that Charlie pushed her because she didn't want it reported."
Interestingly, Mueller was heard repeatedly saying, "I gotta file this report" during her Christmas Day 911 call.
Despite having been attacked by Sheen twice, by her own admission, Mueller is ready to reconcile with Sheen, reportedly under pressure from his legal team, and has toned down her initial testimony to the police.
She has engaged reputed criminal defense attorney Yale Galanter to ensure that prosecutors don't "overreact" and prosecute her for changing her testimony.
On December 30, Yale formally asked the judge in the domestic violence case to dismiss the order keeping Charlie and Brooke from having contact with each other.
Yalantar's request for lifting the protective order is being actively opposed by Aspen prosecutor Arnold Mordkin.
Charlie has offered to up his prenuptial with Brooke by $1 million in return for recanting her initial testimony that led to his arrest.
Under the arrangement, Mueller will not seek a divorce now; instead she will wait for the dust to settle down.
