Johnson was recently found dead in LA aged 30, and her fiancee Tequila, 28, said it was heiress Johnson's 'dying wish' for the photo to be released.
Lennard, 25, used to be a close friend of Johnson, but she recently accused Johnson of breaking into her home.
Tequila wrote: "My Wife's dying wish was for me to post this pic & show the world what true Evil looks like. This was her wish..."
She then added: "This evil devil named Jasmine Lennard is the one who pressed charges against my beautiful Wife over a pink sweater."
Tequila then finished the tweet with: "She is EVIL. That's who she is. & my Fiance's last wishes was for me to post this and show the world the evil tha."
Just weeks before her death, Johnson was formally charged with breaking into Lennard's home and robbing her.
