Aniston is chilling in Mexico ahead of her 41st birthday on February 11. Accompanying her to her favorite holiday destination is a large group of friends including Courteney Cox, her husband David Arquette and Sheryl Crow, with whom Aniston shares her birth day.
According to People, the group is staying in a beautiful waterfront villa.
Aniston and Butler were spotted laughing and spending a lot of time together at the Golden Globes.
A lot has changed for Aniston over the past one year. She had celebrated her 40th with an early birthday party on February 7, 2009 at her Beverly Hills mansion, attended by Mayer and her close friends. Aniston and Mayer exchanged hugs and kisses during the event.
In an interview before the party, Aniston had told News of the World:
"…I feel seriously protective of John and us. He's a wonderful guy. We care about each other.
"And I had no idea what an extraordinary musician he is. It's just great to sit and be witness to that.
"He's a rare one. He is extraordinary and it's wonderful to watch him... beautiful. We love just being able to go to a great restaurant, have a great conversation and walk on a beach."
