She also revealed that she had countered Tiger's suggestion that they have a threesome with her own that it should include his wife Elin Nordegren. Tiger dropped the idea.
Jungers earlier claimed to have spent a night at Tiger's family home, while Elin was away.
Jaimee Grubbs, who claims to have romped with Tiger 20 times during a 31-month-long affair was declared runner up and took home $15,000.
Former Playboy model and escort Loredana Jolie provided stiff competition.
The pageant was open only to Tiger Woods mistresses identified by the tabloid press.
The prize money for the event was advanced by AshleyMadison.com, a "discreet dating service" with 4.5 million users whose promotional slogan - "Life is Short, Have an Affair" - could conceivably have served as Tiger's inspiration.
