SAN ANTONIO, United States (AFP) - The Spurs improved to a league-best 20-6 with their fifth victory in a row and rose to 9-0 at home this season when they score at least 100 points.
French guard Tony Parker had 18 points and 10 assists for the Spurs and Bruce Bowen scored all 13 of his points in the second half.
The Spurs led 62-46 at halftime, but the Grizzlies went on a 16-8 run capped by Pau Gasol's layup with 5:18 remaining to seize a 92-90 lead.
Finley sank a 3-pointer 20 seconds later to give San Antonio the lead for good at 93-92. Finley made 5-of-6 shots from beyond the arc.
Memphis' Mike Miller scored 22 points and grabbed eight rebounds while Gasol had 16 points. The Grizzlies lost for the seventh time in eight games, including four in a row on the road, and for the 15th time in the past 18 here.
