It can record 1280x720p HD video at a smooth 30 frames per second.
The X90 supersedes the X70 which featured 24X zoom and 15 fps HD video.
The X70 features that it retains are

Fast Face Detection technology that quickly finds up to 32 faces.
A Super Macro mode that allows you to lens subjects a close a 1cm.
