Mumbai: May 12, 2005/Sawf News Service/ -- In faraway Australia, actor Preity Zinta is holed up for the shooting of her film Salaam Namaste being made by Yashraj Films. The two-month shooting schedule has kept the spritely actor away from home and from her newly-announced boyfriend Ness Wadia, the heir to the Bombay Dyeing Empire. Preity is presently in Melbourne on a continuous schedule of two months. Saif Ali Khan is her co-star and that’s no fun for Preity.

Preity Zinta is spending most part of the Indian summer in Melbourne and Sydney in Australia where she is shooting for Yashraj Films’ Salaam Namaste and Karan Johar’s next film. She is missing boyfriend Ness Wadia, whom she is reported to be marrying in the future. Ness is the scion of the Bombay Dyeing Empire.

What’s worse, after this shoot is over, Preity will directly go to Sydney to shoot for Karan Johar’s new film which features Shah Rukh Khan, Preity Zinta, Rani Mukherjee and other top stars ruling the Bollywood sky at the moment. Ness, who is back home in Mumbai, is being serenaded by hopeful girls! And this is a cause of worry for Preity, who will be away from home for over six months at a stretch. Preity turns 29 this year and her announcement that she and Ness are seeing each other has been translated by the media as her intention to settle down and at least temporarily stay away from the filmi world!
