25 August 2007 (Sawf News) - Buzz is, Aishwarya Rai had the guts to ridicule her husband's (Abhishek Bachchan) ex-lover Rani Mukerji.
Ash was present on the sets of Laaga Chunari Mein Daag in Switzerland. Abhishek probably saw it as an opportunity for an extended honeymoon and flew down with Ash into the cold climate of the Alps.
In the beginning, Ash chose not to be on the sets. But she couldn't hold herself for long.
Ash not only came on the sets but also gave cold icy stares to Rani, to begin with. Soon, she was heard passing ruude remarks about the Mukerji girl and even gestured animatedly towards her.
Rani could not fight back, or chose not to make it an issue.
She may not have retaliated then, but knowing Rani, we will not be surprised if Rani is making sureshot plans to hit back.
Laaga Chunari Mein Daag is expected to hit the theatres on October 12. Pradeep Sarkar is the director of the movie and Yash Raj Films is the producer and distributors of the company.
The main star cast of the movie include stars Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, Konkona Sen Sharma, Kunal Kapoor. Anupam Kher Kirron Kher and Farida Jalal are also playing important roles in the film.
Rani Mukherji and Konkana Sen are playing the role of daughters of Jaya Bachchan in the film, Rani Mukherji is paired with Abhishek Bachchan and Konkana Sen is paired with Kunal Kapoor in the film.
Apart from Switzerland, the film has been shot in Bern, Spain and Mumbai.

talent and is a such a versatile actress. She is the Queen of Indian cinema......no doubt about that!!
Ash gives you the conception of being an actress when on the red carpet. In reality, she can't act her way out of a wet paper bag. No wonder she has never carried a film. If this press release is true, it is another incident of the strained relations she has with many in the Indian motion picture industry. This may be because she knows she lacks the talent and is insecure about that ....nevertheless it shows a total lack of class !!

Ash is a very vicious, manipulative and calculating woman, and no I wont call her an actress, as she cant act to save her life with her dumb expressions. She married Abhi, as that was the only way to maintain her stand in the industry. This was the best deal for her to remain in the spotlight. Rani is an excellent actress with amazing looks and class. I dont think she will stoop to such a low level like Ash, she doesnt need it. She should avoid such freaks like her, and not give any importance to this incident by ignoring it.

I think none of the bachans have the courage to control ash. This old ugly creature can never create a chemistry with abhi which rani created.
Abhishek was a nice guy.I wonder how he choose this old lady to be his partner when there where many young talented girls in bollywood. Ofcouse she was beautiful once but now Ash is a universal waste (waste of many healthy actors).

Rani truly lives up to her name and was right not to waste her time on the one who is only delusional to even think she is a queen, and who only wishes she had half the talent Rani has. Abhishek and Rani looked perfect together, whatever came over him to choose the Barbie doll over Rani?! Ever since he married that stupid woman, I have no respect for Abhishek and the Bachchans anymore. I can't even stand to watch any Bachchan movie anymore, and I much less waste my time on no-talent-whatsoever-other-than-looking-pretty-Miss-Rai-Bachchan movies anymore. Poor Abhishek, he was doing so well...
