"Katrina's look in Yuvvraaj is very classic and very regal with the emphasis on empire line waistlines and Grecian gowns," reveals a source. "Before starting the schedule of Yuvvraaj, Katrina tried over 200 different gowns spending the entire day with Delhi based designers Gauri and Nanika."
Katrina wanted to have that perfect look.
"Each gown gave a different effect. Katrina wanted to then zero in on gowns that would make a very fairy tale kind of impact on screen," the source adds. Katrina's princess look made the entire unit's jaws drop.
"She looks so beautiful in Yuvvraaj almost as if an angel had arrived on the sets."
Subhash Ghai recently claimed Katrina is set to make history with her role in Yuvvraaj.
She features alone on the Yuvvraaj hoarding while the male leads Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Zayed Khan, for a change have taken a back seat. Subhash Ghai feels that a solo hoarding of Katrina is his way of telling her that she has earned her rightful due in the film.
