Kambli is reported to have gifted Shama a friendship band, that too with an evil eye on it. Wonder what was on his mind?
"He's just a friend and my ex-dance partner on the show; nothing more, nothing less," says Shama.
Born in the small town of Makrana in Rajasthan, Shama debuted in Bollywood with Firoz Khan's Prem Aggan (1998). Besides being a film and TV actress, she is also a passionate dancer who has worked as a model and dabbled with theater.
A work out buff, Shama is an expert at kick boxing. She says she would love to portray a character like Lara Croft on screen. She is learning to play violin because the young actress feels it's very sexy for a girl to be able to play the violin.
Shama, who dreams of working with Aamir Khan, Al Pacino, Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, has signed up for two of writer-director Kamlesh Kunti's films which will begin filming in December this year. One of the films titled Coffee and Mocha is a love story with the focus on only two lead characters.
