Photo Credit: Sawf NewsApril 05, 2009, (Sawf News) - Ekta Chaudhary, a 22-year-old contestant from New Delhi, was named Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2009 (Universe) at a star studded ceremony in Mumbai on Sunday, April 5.
The 55.5 kg, 5'9.5" tall beauty with vital statistics of 32-24-36 was crowned by outgoing Miss India Universe Simran Kaur Mundi.
Pooja Chopra was crowned Pantaloons Femina Miss India (World) by outgoing Miss India World Parvathy Omanakuttan and Shriya Kishore was crowned Pantaloons Femina Miss India (Earth) by outgoing Miss India Earth Tanvi Vyas.

The event, hosted by Malaika Arora Khan and R. Madhavan, featured performances by Bollywood stars Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut and Genelia D'souza, choreographed by Shiamak Davar.
