She was accompanied by her parents, sister Shamita Shetty, beau Raj Kundra, actor Jeetendra and his wife Shobha.
Shilpa wore a yellow high neck and long sleeve Paisley embroidered shirt with matching churidar and dupatta. She accessorized with gold sequined belle flats, black distressed leather tote, stud earrings, a golden watch in her right arm, her heart shaped engagement rock and brown oversized sunglasses.
Her lustrous straight hair was left casually open.
The enterprising 33-year-old actress, who co-owns an IPL cricket team, recently launched a beauty spa, Iosis in partnership with beautician Kiran Bawa.
Shilpa is currently filming for the Indo-China project - Desire.
Shilpa Shetty and the UK based businessman Raj Kundra announced their engagement last month. The couple recently bought a seven-bedroom, 5 million pound house in Weybridge, Surrey in London.
