In a no-holds-barred attempt to get media attention, Mallika dropped her inhibitions, not to mention the neck and waist lines of her dress, at ‘Millions of Milkshakes’ in West Hollywood, California, USA, on Saturday, April 18.
Mallika was honored with her very own milkshake by the popular outlet , called the 'Mallika shake.' It comes in blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and chocolate sauce flavors.
Mallika, 32, teased photogs with a delightful display of her sumptuous curves as she made a milkshake, ate a cherry and banana; and sprayed whipped cream.
Sherawat, who gained notoriety in Bollywood as serial-kisser-seductress Simran Saigal in Murder (2004), plays a serial-hisser-naagin in the upcoming Jennifer Lynch directed Hisss, which also stars Irrfan Khan.

The film is a whole new take on the ancient Indian myth of a vengeful Naagin (Female cobra). The subject has been handled in Indian films before but never with the combination of SFX and skills of a master technician like Robert Kurtzman. Jennifer, 40, wants to create a crackerjack thriller, in the tradition of Silence of the Lambs and Predator, from the myth.
Hissss makes a radical and intriguing departure from past Naagin films by having the snake woman turn into a human sized hooded cobra instead of a normal sized cobra, making the transformation physically more realistic.
Briefly, here is the story line: When George States (Jeff Douchette), a ruthless American, travels to the jungles of India and captures the mate of a Naagin who has been a legend for 4,000 years, she transforms into a stunningly attractive woman (Mallika Sherawat) with absolutely no clue about contemporary civilization or the ways of mankind, and ventures into the city in desperate search for her lover, with vengeance on her mind and venom in her fangs.
What follows is a chase at breakneck speed, with horrifying deaths, narrow escapes and special effects never seen before in India, as Vikram Gupta's (Irrfan Khan) Clarice Starling chases down a beautiful sexy killer more dangerous, powerful and terrifying than Hannibal Lecter.
