The film, co-directed by playwriter Paritosh Painter, stars Shreyas Talpade, Aashish Choudhary, Javed Jafferi, Vatsal Sheth, Celina Jaitly, Neha Dhupia, Riya Sen, Sayali Bhagat, Chunky Pandey, Asrani and Paintal.

The females wore red plaid skirts with white half sleeve fitted collar shirts, black tie, black ballerinas and white ankle socks; and the males - Navy blue pants, half sleeve white collar shirts, black ties and black dress shoes.
The film revolves around four young fun loving boys on a crazy house hunt in Dubai. They come across a crazy landlord Ballu and his hilarious wife played by Johny Lever and Delnaaz Paul, who have a condition that they will rent their house only to married couple. This leads to comical complexities.
