John charmed at the event dressed in faded blue distressed jeans, navy blue tee, black satin jacket with ribbon edged shawl collar and shoulder epaulettes, and distressed black shoes.
He had styled his short hair with a tousled look and his 5pm stubble rocked. John, 36, willingly fielded questions from the media and responded with unguarded candor, but Garnier officials discouraged reporters from asking personal or film related questions, preferring John to focus on their product during his 30 minutes stay.
In his tête-à-tête with the media, John categorized Indian males into two categories - those who just shave and clean (93%) and others (7%) who work on their facial beauty, using products like moisturizers. He said in his growing up years he tried out a lot of things to look cool and could be bracketed into the remaining 7%.
John confessed that he is now a zero maintenance guy and rarely uses cosmetics.
John’s other endorsements include Castrol Power 1, Yamaha Marque, Wrangler, Clinic All Clear, Fastrack eye gear and Samsung cell phones.
The stylish actor owns a clothes line, JA, which features primarily his favorite article of clothing, jeans.
