The two stars were at the Tobacco Intervention Initiative event hosted by Indian Dental Association. K Raghuvanshi, the chief of Anti-Terrorism Squad, was the guest of honor. Even though we don’t get the link between terror and smoking, we appreciate the hosts were serious about the message they were delivering.
Amrita, 27, looked chic in skinny folded cuff jeans and elbow puff sleeve fitted top with front zip and scoop neckline.
She accessorized with white peep toe pumps with ankle straps and towering heels, stud earrings, and a white strap statement watch on her left arm. Her long layered cut hair, styled in loose waves and with middle parting, cascaded down her shoulders with bangs framing her face.
Quizzed about her rumored romantic link-ups with co-stars Shahid Kapoor, Harman Baweja and Nikhil Dwivedi, Amrita said, “There is a time for every thing, I would rather let the mystery unfold. Love is unplanned."
Amrita Rao unveiled the Tobacco Intervention Initiative (TII) logo and launched the TII initiative. Shreyas Talpade launched the TII website.
Shreya Kishore, Pantaloons Femina Miss India Earth 2009, released the TII booklet specially designed to be distributed among the public. Actress Nagma launched TII centers in Dental Institutes of the state and in her speech said she lost her father 3 years back because of smoking.
