She looked gorgeous in a heavily embellished beige and pink saree by designer Manish Malhotra, paired with a glittery silver revealing blouse. She accessorized with exquisite jewels - ruby and diamond drop earrings, matching ring on her left hand ring finger and a thick gold bracelet in her right arm.

She wore golden and grey eye shadow with thick black eyeliner and lots of mascara and glossy pink lipstick.
Priyanka was the only other Bollywood A-Lister in a saree besides Aishwarya Rai.
"A sari for me is just six yards of beautiful draping. I love sari and I was feeling very 'desi' tonight, so I decided to wear a sari. I think it flatters a woman's body the best," she said.
Priyanka was the last guest to arrive at the three day event. She was filming in Singapore for Pyaar Impossible.
"I was shooting till 2am in the morning before I could catch my flight and make it for the IIFAs. Being so close to Macau, I would have felt terrible if I would have had to miss it," she said.
Priyanka, who earlier won Filmfare and Star Screen Awards for her role in Madhur Bhandarkar's Fashion, was thrilled to be recognized for a third time.
"I will sleep with my award all night,” she joked. “Each of these awards has come in after a lot of hard work and sacrifice. And it is a tradition with me to sleep and cuddle them all night."
Other contenders for this award were Aishwarya Rai, Asin, Bipasha Basu and Katrina Kaif.
Best Performance in Leading Role (Male) went to Hrithik Roshan for his role in Jodhaa Akbar.
Priyanka’s Fashion co-star, Kangana Ranaut, won Best Performance in a Supporting Role.
Chopra, 26, will be next seen in Kaminey directed by Vishal Bhardwaj with co-stars Shahid Kapoor, Amole Gupta and Arshad Warsi, due in theaters on August 14.
Later in 2009 she will be seen in Rashee directed by Ashutosh Gowariker with co-stars Harman Baweja.
