Sneha Ullal at the Aryan music release function
Sneha Ullal made her debut opposite Salman Khan in Lucky: No Time for Love in which she got noticed more for her uncanny resemblance to Aishwarya Rai than for her histrionic talents. Her film career has since languished. In Aryan, a film that focuses on boxing, Sneha is cast opposite Sohail Khan, brother of Salman Khan. Sohail too has yet to carve a place for himself in the film industry.
The lead cast of Aryan was present at a function to mark the release of its music. Anand Raj Anand who has provided the musical score and written the lyrics for all the 10 songs in the film exuded confidence both the film and its music. He said that the music of Aryan is special to him and he feels it is different from the current trend. One of the numbers in the film has been sung by the young NRI film producer, Poonam Khubani.
Speaking with Sony TV Sneha Ullal said she is very happy to have landed this role and felt that the film had turned out to be better than what she had expected of the script.
Aryan is a story of a boxer named Aryan, played by Sohail Khan. The character of Aryan is an inspirational lift of Sylvester Stallone of 'Rocky'. Sneha Ullal plays the love interest of Sohail Khan. Puneet Issar plays the role of a boxing instructor. Inder Kumar who plays the role of Aryan's friend explained the story line to Sony TV as follows. Aryan and he are good friends. Along the way the two develop differences over their sport and they end up competing against each other. In the end .... Well one has to see the movie to find out who the winner is.
