Shay Todd is a Los Angles based designer who along with her partner-husband Shiro Gutzie markets swim and resort wear under the SHAY TODD brand which has a significant celebrity following.

Paris Hilton, had worn a black SHAY TODD one-piece swimsuit in a controversial television commercial for Carl's Jr. Burger restaurant chain. The commercial was never aired because it was ruled too hot for TV!

Desperate Housewives' Eva Longoria, incredibly enough, wore a ballet pink one-piece Shay Todd swimsuit when she stepped out to introduce Mariah Carey during the MTV Video Music Awards.
