Pop diva Britney Spears, who has posed in the nude for the cover of Harper’s Bazaar August issue that will hit newsstands on 25 July 2005, has expressed her longing to get back to performing in the accompanying feature story of the magazine.
Spears, 24, who is pregnant with her second child plans to get back into shape after the baby is born this fall and return to performing. "I can't wait to do that again", she said.
The magazine also quoted her as saying she would "definitely" consider musical collaboration with her husband Kevin Federline, 28, whose first album Playing With Fire is slated for release next month.
"I'm so proud of Kevin. He's been working so hard on his own album since I got pregnant with Preston,"
Speaking about her pregnancy, and perhaps alluding to the negative comments on her disheveled appearance during the course of her recent interview with NBC's Today show, she says, "It was weird for me at first because of who I am; wherever you go they expect you to look a certain way. I'm not supposed to be this huge pregnant superstar."
Meanwhile the New York Post has reported that Spears has finally sold her four-level, 4,400sq-ft Manhattan apartment in the NoHo area of the city for $4m - after slashing $2m off her asking price.

When Britney put the stunning Silk Building home on the market in July 2004, she had asked for $6m. The luxurious eight-room condo at 14 E. Fourth Street has three bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. It features 13-ft ceilings, wood burning fireplaces, a large rooftop terrace and a solarium. Britney, paid $3m for the apartment in 2002.
The sale of Britney’s home was dealt with by famed property company Corcoran, and the buyer was from outside of New York. Insiders say the apartment looked like it had not been used for some time. The apartment has a celebrity history, as it was previously owned by Rolling Stone Keith Richards and hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons. The Silk Building has always been popular with A-list stars. Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman once owned an apartment there, as did singer Cher.
Britney lives in her own home in Malibu, California with husband Kevin Federline and baby son Sean Preston. She is contemplating a move back to her place of birth and home town of Kentwood in Louisiana.
