Washington, Sept 4: Chinese officials have confirmed plans to create a Bruce Lee theme park, complete with a rollercoaster that emits the martial arts actor’s signature grunts and screams on high-speed bends.

Lee, a Chinese-American martial arts star, shot to fame in a string of hit action movies including Enter The Dragon and Fist of Fury, but died tragically in 1973, aged just 32. His howls and screams as he fought countless number of screen enemies became a trademark.

However, the legend’s only surviving child, Shannon Lee, who controls her father's legacy, is threatening to halt the plans and vows to visit the proposed site "to find out what else they are dreaming up over there".

The 18 million dollars park will also feature gardens and remote-controlled mannequin robots operated from within a giant statue of the actor, reports Contactmusic.

Lee died suddenly of cerebral edema a month before Enter the Dragon opened in 1973 at 32. He was buried in Seattle. (ANI)
