Reach Out is one of the news songs on Hilary's new compilation album, Best of Hilary Duff. It samples Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus".
The 'sexy' video features Hilary writhing in front of a mirror and wrapped around a shirtless man, a man's leg and even a statue! It is peppered with flashes of skin and provocative dancing but nothing seems to add up.
Best of Hilary Duff is due to hit stands on November 11.
