It will be Britney's first public appearance with fellow Mouseketeer Timberlake in years.
It will also be the first time she shares the stage with Madonna since their infamous on stage lip lock in the opening act of the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards.
"If Justin and Britney end up on that stage with her...I don't know if I've ever seen anything quite like that before," said Ryan as he spoke to afternoon DJ Boy Toy Jesse.
"Going to be on stage, performing, or so far we know they are going to be on stage?" asked Jesse.
"They are going to be on stage performing with Madonna," Seacrest confirmed.
