She accessorized with black satin pumps, matching double drop Kara by Kara Ross earrings, a pendant necklace and a triple flower ring on her right hand middle finger.
Her hair was styled in a loose updo with wavy tendrils framing her face. She wore smoky eye makeup and light lip color.
Miley performed her new single Fly on the Wall at the event. The performance matched the seductiveness of her red carpet dress.
