Washington, Dec 11: Posh Spice Victoria Beckham has reportedly threatened to take fashion house Rock + Republic to the court, as she believes the jeans she designed for the label were more profitable than previously thought.

Victoria signed a deal with the trendy label in September 2004, under which she was entitled to get a share of the profits made from her own-brand jeans.

Soccer ace David Beckham's wife has reportedly been paid 980,000 dollars so far by Michael Ball's company, but parted ways with the brand in October this year.

"Victoria Beckham's lawyers and accountants believe the range have been far more successful than anyone imagined - and that Victoria is owed tens of millions of pounds," Contactmusic quoted her legal spokesman, as telling the Sunday Mirror.

On the other fashion guru Ball has refuted any such rumor, saying: "We have heard nothing about any legal action." (ANI)
