The sleeveless satin dress (spring/summer 2009 collection) with a unique cut had a bow each on the shoulders and a row of jeweled bows on her natural waist.

Alba, 27, accessorized with matching Dolce & Gabbana platforms and vintage ruby and diamond earrings and bracelet. Her hair was styled in a neat updo with new blunt bangs. The red lip color rounded off her avant-garde red carpet look perfectly.
