The two stars walked the red carpet wearing coordinated dress colors - Hathaway in all black and Kate Hudson in black and white.
Hathaway, 26, looked picture perfect in an all black Band of Outsiders ensemble consisting of split cuff skinny pants with double breasted blazer over a tank top. She accessorized with silver metallic Christian Louboutin platforms with jeweled top, Tiffany & Co. tassel drop earrings and a chunky ring on her right hand middle finger, bringing focus to her red nail paint.

One of Hollywood's most stylish actress, Hathaway was recently appointed as brand ambassador for Lancome. She follows in the footsteps of Kate Winslet, Daria Werbowy, Clive Owen and Uma Thurman all of whom have been ambassadors for the luxe international brand.

Her blond hair was loosely secured at the back with the bangs framing her face. Her smoky eye make up added to the mischievous look of her eyes.
Hudson features on the cover of Elle magazine's February issue. In her interview for the cover story she dwells on her romantic life. The star, who has dated Owen Wilson, Lance Armstrong and Dax Shepard since divorcing husband Chris Robinson in 2006, claims that since turning sixteen she has always had boyfriends, except now!
Her prolific dating has been interspersed by some really bad dates.
"I've been on so many bad dates," Hudson confessed. "I went on one where I just left because he was so boring. I felt really bad, and I didn't want him to pay for dinner. It's like, 'It's really nice to meet you' - moving on! Then you call your friend and you're like, 'Really? Really? Is that who you think I would have a great night with?!'"
Bride Wars is the story of two best friends, Emma (Anne Hathaway) and Liv (Kate Hudson), who turn rivals when they schedule their respective weddings on the same day.
The film has been mainly filmed in Boston and Salem in Massachusetts and New York City. It is due for release on January 9, 2009.
