She wore a plunging scoop neckline top underneath and accessorized with a black Ferragamo clutch and layered Fred Leighton necklaces.
She also delighted with a changed hair style, experimenting with a messy pony with chin length peek-a-boo bangs. Her lovely tan peeped through the light makeup.
Aniston, who turns 40-year-old on February 11, spent Super Bowl Sunday together with beau John Mayer and other friends at a casual get together outside Los Angeles.
It's been rumored that Jennifer and John, 31, plan a romantic getaway for her birthday that will last through Valentine's Day.
Mayer has been using his twitter account to tease the tabloid press, which recently reported that he had broken up with Aniston again.
"Visiting the Diamond Exchange in Tustin," he twittered three days back, hinting that he could be shopping for a ring.
"Welding an engagement ring for my girlfriend," he twittered the next day.
