February 06, 2009, (Sawf News) - Kate Winslet rocked in yet another LBD at the premiere of the highly acclaimed movie The Reader at the 59th Berlin International Film Festival in Berlinale Palast on February 6.
She was joined at the premiere by co-stars David Kross, Ralph Fiennes and director Stephen Daldry.

Kate wore a black strapless Lanvin tiered dress with a sweetheart neckline and a black satin ribbon tied at the waist. She accessorized with black classic pumps and Neil Lane diamond petal drop earrings. Her honey blond hair was styled in an updo with side swept bangs. She kept her makeup low key with thin eyeliner and glossy light pink lip color.
Kate, 33, has been nominated for an Oscar for her portrayal of an illiterate former concentration camp guard, Hanna Schmitz, in The Reader.
The role for which she has already won a Golden Globe and SAG Award, involves intimate scenes with 18-year-old German actor David Kross, who plays her lover.
Talking about the nude scenes the actress explained why it was easy to for her to shed her inhibitions.
"The truth is, at the end of the day, it's part of this job. And it's a very, very important part of this love story, and so, we just got on with it really."
"And dare I say it, we actually had a laugh."
